Return to Sender & Package Refusal

If your tracking shows that your order is returned to sender, please contact us to confirm your shipping address. Once confirmed, we will issue an invoice for the return shipping fee. Failure to pay this fee will void your order, and no refund will be issued.

Packages refused at delivery or marked as undeliverable due to refusal will also be considered null and void, with no refunds provided.

Missing Package

If your tracking shows that your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, please try the following:

Check Around Your Property: Look around your home, including porches or side doors.

Ask Your Neighbors: Packages are sometimes delivered to nearby addresses.

Wait for the Next Business Day: Packages may be marked delivered but arrive the next day.until the next business day.

If the package still hasn’t turned up, please email us to confirm the address you provided. We will send over the shipping label, which you can use to reach out to the carrier for further assistance. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for missing or stolen items once they are marked as delivered.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its progress!

Are there import or customs fees?

We cover customs duties for most international orders, including those shipped to the UK and Europe, so you typically won’t incur additional charges. However, in rare cases, customs may apply extra fees, which would be the responsibility of the customer.
For Canadian orders, customs or import charges may apply upon arrival and are also the customer’s responsibility.
