This means you’ll receive a FREE replacement for the same item(s) if your order arrives with any manufacturing defects, or if we sent you the wrong item, size, color, or design (oopsies!).

We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size (double check the size charts).

Cancelation Policy

You have a 2-hour window from order placement to request changes (including cancellation, address, size, color, design, or item adjustments). If there's a price difference, we'll refund or charge accordingly. Once production begins, no changes, refunds, or exchanges are possible.

Cooling-Off Period for EU Customers

Notwithstanding the above return policy, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason without justification. The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.
