Order Issues
If you notice there is an issue with your order, let us know within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can send out a FREE replacement.

Returns
All sales are final due to each item being made to order, helping us reduce waste. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Cancellations & Changes
There is a 2-hour window from the time of order placement to request any changes, including cancellation, address modification, size, color, design, or item adjustments. If there is a price difference associated with the change, you will either be refunded or charged accordingly. Once an order has entered production, no alterations can be honored, and refunds or exchanges will not be available for any errors or changes.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, the cost of the return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and will not be refunded.
